Position Title:
Consultant – Operational Resiliency Service Line
About the Position:
Within SunGard’s Consulting Services organization, the Operational Resilience Practice contains three practice areas, which are Risk & Resiliency Strategy, Business Continuity Management and IT Service Continuity that support SunGard’s six vertical industry markets by delivering assessments, programs and solutions related to their respective areas. As a Consultant you will primarily be responsible for project delivery within this organization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, define and recommend solutions in support of a client’s Operational Resilience Program as defined within the scope of assigned projects
- Complete business impact and risk assessments for clients
- Prepare and assemble BC and ITSC Recovery Plans, Exercise Plans and reports. Ensure that all requirements are properly documented as required
- Maintain an awareness of technological and program advancements in the field of Operational Resilience
- Assist in the execution and delivery of consulting projects
– Work closely with a project manager or team lead to develop solutions
– Support business development activities as needed
– Manage work load to deliver quality deliverables on time and under budget - Build “trusted advisor” relationships with clients
- A utilization goal of 95%
Consultant – Technology Architecture Service Line
About the Position:
In this role you will be a Technology Architecture Service Line Consultant within the Consulting Services business unit of SunGard Availability Services. You will primarily be responsible for project delivery within one of three practice areas: Data Center and Infrastructure Optimization, Information Security and Data Governance and Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Computing. Your role is to develop and grow the practice through delivering Service Line Solutions across the Industry Sectors “Verticals”.
Responsibilities:
- Attaining Billable Utilization (95%) goals
- Providing leadership and technical expertise to clients and staff
- Competent in at least one core Solution Offering within the Service Line
- Assist in the execution and delivery of consulting project
- Work closely with a project manager or team lead to develop solutions in your Service Line o Support business development activities as needed
- Manage work load to deliver quality deliverables on time
- Building and managing relationships with client for the projects you are working on
